Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a government contractor setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist recruitment activities (postings, communications, scheduling, references).
• Support benefits administration and HRIS as applicable.
• Assist payroll change tracker and HRIS administration.
• Prepare HR reports and documents.
• Support employee engagement and other HR programs.
• Help ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements and contractor rules.
• Maintain employment eligibility and background screening documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
