Job summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to independently manage employee-facing HR matters across employee relations, leave and accommodation administration, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement in a government contracting environment.

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough investigations, maintain confidential records, support OFCCP compliance, and respond to employee inquiries with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience independently processing ADA accommodations and FMLA claims.
• Experience documenting employee relations investigations with findings and actions.
• Experience supporting EEOC charges or related claims with evidence gathering and response docs.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct and document employee relations investigations, including interviews and findings.
• Maintain confidential investigation records and summaries.
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
• Manage FMLA leave requests, eligibility; notices and return-to-work documentation.
• Handle ADA accommodation requests and interactive process with stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding; maintain HRIS and documentation.
• Support OFCCP and federal contractor compliance activities.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely, confidential manner.
• Assist with employee satisfaction surveys and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for audits and agency inquiries.
