They understand the business model, diagnose organizational needs, connect team capabilities, and consult on operational strategies to enhance business performance through people. The role acts as a liaison between HR Operations and hospital management, providing managers with essential information for resolution. Additionally, they partner with HR SMEs to develop training addressing leadership gaps in HR systems knowledge.
