At least 2 years of recent union experience is required.

This is a solo HR position paying $35-38/hr. This person must be well versed working with unions, employee relations, onboarding, terminations, benefits and administrative work.

Job Description:

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP systems and union experience. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer ADP systems for payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Handle union-related matters, including negotiations, grievances, and contract administration.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
