Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides overall HR and benefits administrative support to assigned locations.
• Administers benefits, payroll, staffing, recruitment, and HR policy practices.
• Analyzes location practices for compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manages benefit administration including training, open enrollment, and new hire orientation.
• Oversees payroll time entry, taxes, wage calculations, and garnishments.
• Conducts full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary positions.
• Reviews recruitment effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Supports performance management, development, and discipline processes.
• Administrative tasks related to HR programs including leaves and job classifications.
• Facilitates conflict resolution and exit processes.
• Develops HR training and NESO onboarding components.
• Creates metrics and participates in location projects and rollouts.
