Oak Plains Academy, a UHS company, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage full cycle recruiting, onboarding, records management, and HealthStream training assignments. The role supports executive committees and employee trainings in a team environment at a 98-bed residential program near Nashville, TN.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in HR Generalist, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Full cycle recruiting experience; onboarding of new hires preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and Joint Commission standards is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and sourcing through employment onboarding.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding; maintain records and data integrity.
• Administer HealthStream training system, assign annual training modules.
• Prepare employee files, track in-services, and support executive committees and meetings.
