frontline network systems, inc. is seeking a full-time HR professional in Phoenix, AZ, to manage recruiting activities and ensure compliance across HR functions. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to support strategic hiring and provide HR advisory services.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and proficiency in Korean. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(K), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings and resume screening.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies and manage vendor performance.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance.
• Review employee timekeeping records for compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workplace safety programs.
• Support benefits administration and respond to HR inquiries.
• Contribute to HR process improvements for operational efficiency.
