Job summary

Brueckner Group USA seeks a Human Resources Generalist in Bridgeville, PA to support HR activities across the US and serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers at the Bridgeville location. The role covers onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management, in collaboration with the HR Manager and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paychex Flex and/or Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding and hiring.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data accuracy.
• Serve as primary HR contact for policies, benefits, payroll, and programs.
• Coordinate leave programs and compliance with applicable laws.
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with HR reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Help harmonize HR practices during US-wide integration projects.
