Vivie is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to partner with regional leaders, driving workforce planning and compliance while supporting onboarding and employee development. This role blends strategic guidance with hands-on HR duties across multiple sites.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS-related projects, ensuring seamless processes and adherence to policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of HR generalist experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leaders to Advance People Strategy – Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Support Employee Development & Performance – Coach leaders and develop performance tools and processes.
• Drive Workforce Data & Planning – Analyze staffing needs and track KPIs.
• Provide Hands-On HR Support to Managed Sites – Recruit, onboard, and administer benefits.
• Execute HR Projects & Ensure Compliance – Lead onboarding/offboarding and HRIS integration.
