Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver day-to-day HR support across our multi-state teams. You will partner with leaders to administer performance management, development, leave administration, and compliance while maintaining employee-centered processes.

The role also covers onboarding, offboarding, records management, investigations, and policy guidance, with exposure to Leave, I-9 compliance, and immigration support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in EPC/construction or energy environments.
• Experience with performance management, leaves, and compliance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or project-based workforces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for employees and managers on HR policies and employee relations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and IT.
• Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records.
• Advise on performance concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Lead investigations and advise leadership on appropriate actions.
• Administer performance reviews and assist in workforce planning.
• Support EEO/AAP reporting and OFCCP compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
