Job summary

BronxWorks is seeking an HR Generalist in Employee Relations & Talent Operations to support employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding and HR projects. You will partner with managers to address workplace concerns, guide investigations, and ensure consistent HR policy application across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, investigative experience, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Address employee performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace concerns.
• Review and guidance on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and evaluations.
• Support investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Partner with managers on recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and background checks.
• Ensure accuracy of HR records in ADP and other systems.
• Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and policy development.
• Collaborate across HR to align practices and risk management.
