Job summary

Frazer Jones (US) is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR for a growing workforce in Bayside NY or Commack, NY. This hands-on role covers onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS management in a 5-days-in-office schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, strong ADP Workforce Now skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to HR operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience within a generalist capacity.
• Experience supporting employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and talent processes.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Recruitment experience strongly preferred; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle across a growing organization.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration processes.
• Support recruitment efforts, interview coordination, offers, and new hire onboarding.
• Manage HRIS data and help maintain efficient HR processes and reporting.
• Partner with leadership and employees on HR-related matters and business initiatives.
• Support salary planning, employee development, and workforce planning activities.
• Manage employee records, licensing administration, and HR compliance requirements.
• Assist with HR reporting, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
