Job summary

GreenGate Fresh in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Representative to support day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, safety, benefits and payroll. You will relay employee relations issues to the HR Manager and participate in policy interpretation.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years HR experience, bilingual Spanish/English, strong communication, Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in employee relations.
• Experience and/or exposure to employment law and regulatory compliance a plus.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business field.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, training and payroll processes.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and manage performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations issues and relay to HR Manager/Director.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure safety and benefits administration.
• Assist with safety programs and benefit plan communications.
