Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine inquiries about HR programs across compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, payroll, training and development.
• Interpret and apply HR policies; guide employees and management.
• Coordinate HR functions such as performance evaluation, merit, reclassification, training and development, and employment processes.
• Assist with HR or payroll transactions and oversee administrative staff for forms and deadlines.
• Help develop unit-specific HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Compile information and prepare confidential reports and correspondence; analyze HR data.
• Act as liaison between employees/departments and University Human Resources.
