Job summary

AISIN Texas is seeking an HR Generalist in Cibolo, TX to support employee relations and policy guidance. You will foster open dialogue, support compliance with employment laws, and help implement engagement initiatives for Team Members and management.

The role reports to the HR Assistant Manager and focuses on timely resolution of workplace concerns, training resources, and collaboration across departments to uphold company values and HR practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in employee relations or HR-related role.
• Knowledge of FMLA, LOA, STD, LTD and related programs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with Team Members and management to foster a respectful workplace.
• Serve as a resource to Team Members regarding policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Gather feedback to identify potential employee relations issues and support resolution.
• Meet with Team Members and management to discuss workplace concerns and policy questions.
• Review employee relations matters and recommend actions aligned with policy and law.
• Support early identification and prevention of workplace issues affecting morale and engagement.
• Develop and deliver training/resources on employee relations and leave programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations initiatives.
