Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HR programs, regulations, and guidelines.

• Extensive experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to plan and accomplish tasks within policy guidelines.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle complex, sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong skills in organization and prioritization with multi-tasking ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience providing policy interpretation and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and strategic leader for employee relations and investigations.
• Provide coaching and training to supervisors and staff to strengthen leadership.
• Oversee grievance administration, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Provide cross-coverage for HR Generalist roles as needed.
