• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.

• Working knowledge of HR compliance, federal and state labor laws.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee escalations and workplace concerns, conducting investigations as needed.
• Partner with Performance Team assisting with goal management, training, and employee communication.
• Author monthly HR newsletters with the HR Team.
• Maintain accurate and compliant HR records; manage a structured file system with governance.
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters per policy and law.
• Support employee engagement programs and initiatives for a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for reporting and process optimization.
• Support recruitment and onboarding when needed.
