SureWerx is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employees at our Elgin, IL location. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management, reporting to the Senior HR Generalist.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of Undergraduate University Degree, Community College Diploma or equivalent HR experience.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and administration abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an asset but not required.
