You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and support full HR functions, contributing to a respectful workplace and effective HR operations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as resource for employees and managers on workplace concerns and policy questions.
• Manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution, including interviews and recordkeeping.
• Conduct fair, objective workplace investigations; escalate high-risk matters to HR leadership.
• Coach supervisors on employee communication, performance expectations, documentation, and action plans.
• Support disciplinary actions, separations, and HR processes in consultation with HR leadership.
• Identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements to practices and processes.
