Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager and site leadership at our Lowell, AR facility.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, employee inquiries, recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy compliance. You will partner with safety and operations to promote a positive culture, maintain HRIS data, manage records, run reports, and assist with audits, performance reviews, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS, reporting, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR Manager with daily HR operations and employee inquiries.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data, records, and HR metrics reports.
• Support employee relations, safety initiatives, and audits.
• Coordinate performance management and training programs.
