World’s Finest Chocolate is seeking an HR Generalist to elevate the employee experience across the full employment lifecycle. The role focuses on people services, policies, and federal/state labor law compliance.

You will support investigations, onboarding, engagement, and development programs while partnering with leadership to maintain a positive work environment. This role may involve additional duties as needed in a dynamic, manufacturing-like setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations, onboarding, engagement, TA, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address employee relations concerns and coach managers and employees.
• Assist investigations of employee-related matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Support performance management processes: goals, feedback, evaluations.
• Support onboarding programs such as day one orientation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
• Assist in talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessments.
• Deliver presentations on HR topics to groups as needed.
• Collaborate across HR to enhance the employee experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the team grows.
