Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage daily HR functions including benefits, leave, policy training, and enforcement of company policies. This role focuses on compliance, employee relations, and program administration to support a growing energy services team.

The position requires strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HRIS experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation, COBRA, FMLA, and AD.
• Bilingual in English and other languages preferred.
• Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and document compliance with training and certifications.
• Assist in implementing employee recognition programs.
• Administer benefits and leave; handle disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Respond to employment inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
