Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide daily HR support to its business stakeholders in Minnesota. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR transactions, and reporting, with a focus on data-driven insights and compliance.

You will collaborate with the HR team and operational leaders to support workforce initiatives and maintain HR process efficiency. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of three years of professional HR experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to analyze and present information.
• Willingness to learn HR systems, reporting tools, and automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS, Costpoint, ADP, and related platforms preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions; ensure policy compliance.
• Gather workforce data, generate reports, and provide insights.
• Support employee relations and escalate sensitive issues to HRBP as needed.
• Manage HR service center tickets and coordinate with departments.
• Support labor relations activities and interpretation of CBAs as directed.
• Collaborate with HR team on projects and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and records.
• Participate in workforce data analysis to aid decision making.
