Responsibilities

• Administer staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations and performance management.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Consult with management on interpretation of HR programs and policies.
• Investigate and resolve associate relations issues with managers.
• Provide staffing support including sourcing, interviewing, and reference checks.
