Job summary

TaskUs in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding and payroll coordination. You will report to the HR Manager and work with the HR team on projects to improve processes and employee experience.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years’ experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems and employment laws. Office-based role with a People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of direct HR experience, preferably in BPO/call-center.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with HRIS, reporting, and Benefits/Compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actions.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems and evaluating solutions.
• Oversee special projects with timelines and coordination.
• Prepare HR reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and new legislation; advise management accordingly.
• Onboard new hires with a focus on a positive experience; conduct payroll/vendor coordination.
