Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Flower Mound, TX facility in a fast-paced, complex operation. You will partner with associates and leaders on staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, and performance management.

The role requires 2+ years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or distribution, strong employee relations and investigations, and proficiency with Workday and Kronos. Hours are Mon-Fri 2-11 PM CT with occasional weekend support; ability to influence

Qualifications

2+ years HR Generalist experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and Kronos.
Self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to work independently or within a team; skilled at influencing leadership, upholding policies, and engaging effectively in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support to staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies/procedures.
Act as liaison to other departments and functional experts.
Administer core HR programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
