Job summary

Accent Controls, Inc. is seeking a full-time, exempt Human Resources Generalist for our Dallas, TX warehouse. The role provides HR guidance to management, coordinates payroll and timekeeping, and ensures regulatory compliance to reduce risk.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing, a BS or Associate degree in Business, and a valid driver's license. The position offers company-paid health benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Consults with management on HR issues and provides guidance.
• Anticipates HR-related needs and communicates with Corporate HR and management.
• Primary point of contact to site management for payroll, timekeeping, HR processes, and documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with management and staff to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
