Job summary

This role supports company-wide projects and audits across locations, under general supervision. You will lead recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, facilitate new employee orientations, maintain records, and act as a safety administrator while ensuring compliance with HR

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two years of professional HR experience in recruitment, risk management, workers' compensation, benefits, training or payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and orientation.
• Benefits administration and payroll processing support.
• Manage pay and leave, payroll records, and OSHA 300/300A reporting.
• Assist as safety administrator for corporate safety issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and enforce HR policies.
