Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leadership in Denver, CO and other OpCo locations to implement HR programs, policies, and practices ensuring equitable development and treatment of personnel.

The role requires hands-on experience in employee relations, talent management, and compliance with employment laws, with the ability to advise and train managers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with State and Federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions and appeals.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to departments and individuals.
• Oversee performance management with leadership and reviews.
• Develop and maintain workforce staffing plans with OpCo leaders.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, skilled staff and manage workload.
