Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist – Shared Services to deliver centralized HR support with emphasis on compliance, leave administration, payroll support, and data integrity across the organization.

The role collaborates with HR leadership and home office teams to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations, confidential handling of sensitive information, and timely reporting across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience in compliance-heavy or shared services environments.
• Experience with LOA administration, WC coordination, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and support policy updates.
• Serve as centralized resource for employee relations inquiries, documentation, and case tracking.
• Administer LOA programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA/FEHA) and coordinate WC claims.
• Generate HR reports and support data integrity and dashboards.
• Assist payroll with timekeeping audits, garnishments, and documentation.
• Support home office HR operations and vendor relationships; maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
