Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• ITAR compliance and government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR resource for policies, benefits, and employment questions.
• Guide managers on recruiting, performance, attendance, and employee relations.
• Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave programs.
