Aston Carter is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership across West Los Angeles, CA and Salt Lake City, UT. You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, data analysis, and HR programs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with onboarding, leaves, investigations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for inquiries and guidance on policies and laws.
• Partner with on onboarding/offboarding to ensure compliance and positive experiences.
• Maintain personnel records for compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and deliver supervisor and employee training on compliant timekeeping and policies.
• Provide HR guidance to division leaders to support business objectives.
• Advise on leaves, workers' comp, safety, timekeeping, and attendance.
• Conduct workplace investigations related to employee relations.
• Assist in designing performance management and development programs.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with HR laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to support initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Travel to Salt Lake City and other sites as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
