Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to partner across divisions, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, business partner experience preferred.
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP for divisions, applying company policies and employment laws.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding to ensure compliant, consistent experience.
• Maintain personnel records for data accuracy and compliance.
• Create and deliver training on timekeeping, policy interpretation, and supervisor coaching.
• Support leaves of absence, workers’ comp, timekeeping, and employee relations matters.
