A leading testing and certification company in Los Angeles is looking for an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle and enhance employee experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performance management support, onboarding, and document maintenance. Candidates should have a BS/BA in Human Resources and experience in similar roles. A competitive salary of $72,000 to $82,000 per annum is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Experience monitoring adherence to compliance requirements.
• 15% travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively support performance management and reporting efforts.
• Draft and maintain employee documents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Connaissances

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of time and attendance systems

Ability to operate in a high pressure environment

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

Formation

BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
