Responsibilities

• Administer weekly multi-state payroll.
• Support employee benefits administration and questions.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and compliance activities.
• Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Support Workday implementation and HR process improvements.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations and talent initiatives.
