Job summary

Crayex is seeking an HR Generalist to administer HR and benefits programs in our on-site Ohio office in Piqua. This role supports workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and compensation programs to align with Crayex's strategic goals.

You'll work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, located at Crayex's Ohio facility. Crayex offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of HR and benefits administration and compliance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting an hourly workforce.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR and benefits programs for all personnel.
• Counsel employees and leaders on HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and manage time/attendance data.
• Coordinate staffing, recruiting, and onboarding activities.
• Track HR metrics and report to management.
