The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or Business, demonstrates confidentiality, and can navigate MS Office and Google Workspace with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: assist with benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life and wellness.
• Provide HR Generalist support to employees and managers across locations.
• Support onboarding including benefits orientation and I-9 compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with payroll auditing.
• Assist with HR compliance tasks and maintain policy acknowledgments.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners as needed.
