Job summary

You will maintain personnel records, administer benefits, conduct onboarding, and process payroll while coordinating with the HR Director on leave and workers' comp matters. A strong focus on privacy and communication is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in HR
• Payroll experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• High privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
• Update employee records in HRIS for status changes, terminations, raises, and new hires
• Serve as benefits administrator for enrollment and inquiries
• Prepare new-hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding; enter information in HRIS
• Process weekly payroll and coordinate with managers for timecard approvals
• Support leave requests and workers' compensation with HR director
• Other duties as assigned
