Job summary

PDI Technologies, a global technology provider for retail and energy brands, invites an HR Generalist, Strategic Programs to support cross‑functional HR initiatives. You will coordinate programs, analytics, and HR tech projects, focusing on ATS configurations, data reporting, and change management.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive recruitment workflows, improve processes, and measure adoption of AI initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of HR, HR operations, HR technology, program/project coordination, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems and technology, preferably including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), plus strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs and projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, development, retention, and other HR areas.
• Assist with development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and related documentation.
• Coordinate HR initiatives with HRBPs, managers, employees, and stakeholders; track progress and analyze data for improvements.
• Support HR systems and ATS, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, user support, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting workflows and user experience.
• Support HR AI initiatives, including timelines, testing, training, launch activities, change management, and follow-up.
• Track AI adoption, usage, engagement, outcomes, and barriers; support communications and reinforcement.
• Assist with acquisition integration activities with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Facilitate training on HR programs, systems, AI tools, policies, and procedures with materials and job aids.
• Coordinate activities across multiple HR projects, maintain SOPs, and communicate progress, risks, and issues.
