Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist, Strategic Programs to coordinate HR initiatives across programs, technology, data, and process improvement. You will support ATS configurations, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives to enhance recruiting and HR operations.

Collaborate with HR leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders to drive change, adoption, and effective training. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities for growth across a global HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, HR operations, or a related area.
• Experience supporting HR programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with HR systems and technology, preferably ATS, plus strong Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, change management, or AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs and projects related to engagement, performance, talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding, development, retention, and other HR areas.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and documentation.
• Coordinate HR initiatives, track progress, analyze data, identify improvement opportunities.
• Support HR systems/tools focus on ATS, including configuration, testing, data integrity, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support recruiting workflows and user experience.
• Support HR AI initiatives, including timelines, readiness, launch activities, training, and adoption measurement.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and communicate progress and barriers.
• Assist with acquisition integration activities with HR and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate training on HR programs, systems, AI tools, and create job aids.
