Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance support across facilities in a distributed workforce.

The role requires travel up to 20% and proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and 5+ years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of general HR support in a corporate HR department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.


• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.


• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.


• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
