Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH seeks an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support for multiple facilities. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, rewards, and retention.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate HR, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and is willing to travel up to 20% of the time. This is an on-site role with extensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience providing general HR support in a corporate HR department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.

Position Summary:
