Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our facilities nationwide with employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

You will work onsite, travel up to 20%, and contribute to recognition programs, compensation, and retention while leveraging HRIS and MS Office tools. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years in corporate HR are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR support in a corporate HR dept with employee relations.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and proficient in HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.


• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.


• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.


• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
