Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH seeks an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive support across employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance. The role involves travel up to 20% and partnering with facilities to drive retention and recognition programs.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in general HR within a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Five (5) years of general HR support experience in a corporate HR department with employee relations, performance management, compensation and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proficient in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to facilities in employee relations, performance management, training and development.
• Support regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention initiatives.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.


• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.


• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.


• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
