Remote Role
This is a 30 hour position open to candidates within 90 miles of Morgan, UT. While primarily remote, it will require some in-person meetings during the initial 90-day training period. Upon successful completion of training, the role will transition to fully remote.

About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will be a key partner in supporting VROMP’s growth and workplace culture by:

• Ensuring multi-state compliance, staying current on employment laws, and providing team training.
• Managing payroll and benefits administration across multiple locations.
• Driving Employer of Choice initiatives to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top talent and sustain growth.
• Enhancing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Optimizing HR technology for improved efficiency and data management.
