Job summary

TruPointe Partners is seeking an HR Generalist to run day-to-day people operations, from recruiting through offboarding, and to partner with leaders across the business. This role is based in Franklin, TN, with a hybrid schedule.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance, delivering a high-touch employee experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR generalist experience in a small, fast-growing company preferred.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attract: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings and screening through interviews and offers
• Develop: Lead onboarding for new hires and contractors, coordinating with Finance and IT; support KPI and performance reviews
• Retain: Administer benefits and lead open enrollment communications; handle employee relations
• HR Operations & Compliance: Liaise with the PEO and maintain accurate employee records; ensure compliance across federal, state and multi-state regulations

HR Generalist

TruPointe Partners (TPP) is seeking an HR Generalist to run day-to-day people operations and help us attract, develop, and retain the talent that fuels our growth. This role owns the employee lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding and partners with leaders across the business.

What You Will Do

Attract

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings and screening through interviews and offers
• Bring our Employee Value Proposition to life for every candidate

Develop

• Lead onboarding for new hires and contractors, coordinating with Finance and IT
• Support the KPI and performance review process and team training resources
• Own the coordination of the sales onboarding, training, and certification process

Retain

• Administer benefits and lead open enrollment communications
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and employee relations
• Drive engagement initiatives and track HR metrics like turnover and time-to-fill

HR Operations & Compliance

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our PEO (ADP TotalSource) and maintain accurate employee records
• Keep the Employee and Contractor Handbooks current and ensure federal, Tennessee, and multi-state compliance

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a small, fast-growing company
• Working knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO)
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or PEO platform and benefits administration
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment with confidential information
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft 365

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
• Experience with ADP TotalSource or another PEO
• GPO, procurement, or professional services experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $62,000 to $75,000 base salary, based on experience; full-time, exempt, hybrid in Franklin, TN
