We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the HR Generalist will serve as a key connector between employees, managers, and our PEO partner (Insperity), ensuring questions are resolved promptly and processes run smoothly. You will maintain HR data accuracy, facilitate onboarding, offboarding, timely communication, and help reinforce a positive company culture. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for monitoring compliance requirements and proactively identifying areas where processes can be clarified or improved. Because this is a part-time role, the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and independently manage workflow is essential. The HR Generalist must be able to set and maintain a consistent part-time schedule, working approximately 8-12 hours per week.
Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour
