Job summary

Senderra RX Pharmacy is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to perform HR functions for the Dallas location, including employee relations, training, performance management, and legal compliance. You will partner with management to administer policies and support onsite staff.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HRM (preferred) and 3+ years of HR experience, with HRIS proficiency and strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with management to communicate and administer HR policies for all employees.
• Responds to employee relations issues and counsels management on corrective action procedures.
• Processes unemployment claims and attends hearings as necessary.
• Provides benefits assistance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401k) to onsite employees.
• Maintains HRIS system and personnel files.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Demonstrates and leads according to company values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
