Responsibilities

• Foster positive and professional relationships with colleagues as this position interacts with employees to handle questions, requests or problems
• Champion and facilitates onboarding to ensure high quality and up-to-date processes, providing clarity and connection for new employees
• Manage digital copies of employee records and maintain HRIS system with accrual data
• Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files
• Establish and maintain employee information database in ADP and/or Deltek
• Provide HRIS support as needed
• Assist with maintaining employee files
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Constantly communicating with others to exchange information

BR+A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our talented team in our Boston headquarters.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks, be highly organized, have excellent writing skills, demonstrate proficient computer skills, and have a professional and team-oriented demeanor.

This Position’s Duties Include
