Job summary

You will partner with HR leadership to provide financial guidance, workforce planning, and strategic insights that support enterprise initiatives.

The role requires advanced financial modeling, executive communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience presenting financial results to leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly outlook.
• Develop and maintain workforce planning, headcount, compensation, and cost models.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for Finance and HR leadership.
• Identify drivers impacting forecast performance and communicate implications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
